Cat update
He started to bleed earlier but I got him to the emergency vet. He has a partial blockage. Don't know if it's from stones/crystals or inflammation from a UTI. They're gonna keep him for 2 days with a catheter. If he's better and has a normal stream of pee on his own then he can come home with antibiotics.
If not, he may have to have surgery.
I sure know how to pick animals with increased urinary problems (male cats and Dalmatians) 🙃
