i mean, not to put him on a pedestal, but considering what he's been through i don't blame him for turning to drugs. i just really hate the way that user is talking about him, he wasn't an angel, he was a traumatized young man who died due to his demons.
omg this is super weird and i cant share how i know it but i actually do think he is sick based on something my friend with a bike told me a few weeks ago.

Crazy that I had to scroll down so far to see this. I get that there is a need to respect his personal life but it's all I hear crew members from his movies talk about.

I met a guy who was a crew member on the film "Death Wish" - the Eli Roth remake that starred Willis, released in 2018. He said that Willis was showing signs of early onset dementia and that his team were doing their best to keep it quiet. Supposedly Willis wore an ear peace and had someone reading his dialogue directly into his ear. And he would often get confused on set and basically forget where he was.
The guy said everyone will find out about this soon enough but that was over 3 years ago, so maybe he was full of shit.

He’s right, Bruce Willis has dementia, it’s only getting worse, big open secret in Hollywood right now, that’s the reason he only works 2 days and only for a few hours, it’s been getting worse where he forgets where he’s at, all these people bad mouthing him are gonna feel terrible once the news comes out.

The truth is this, he has early onset dementia and can only remember one line at a time. This is all the work he can do now and after years of being known as difficult, it's the only work he's being offered. He's making money to support his family's future while he still can.
