YES. They are one step away from wearing those cultural clothes.
Basically anyone who is a fan of Japanese or Korean pop is a step away from being a total weeaboo in my opinion. They're about to post that they mastered the blade and that Asain men/women are better for x or y stereotype. But they, themselves, are so above and beyond the normal thinking that they're aware those same men and women are flawed human beings, too.
