This kind of cultural appropriation discourse is just annoying. After looking into the author's background, she seems like a genuinely respectful and studious person who's passionate about Asian dumplings and noodles.

Okay I remember there being wank about this book a LONG time ago, like maybe a year ago. The same exact passage was highlighted and everything. Why is it getting brought up again?
