any resume tips? i'm still navigating this stupid fucking job bullshit and i feel like i'm just repeating myself. i really would like to switch from the insurance bullshit i'm doing now and do something with an assistant or more admin but...

Go to TealHQ; they have a nifty resume builder that even BS-ifies the statements so recruiters like them.

this must be one of the (many) reasons she berates and bully recruiters. they probably want her to expand on what this builder wrote for her but she actually cant so she deflects and gets nasty instead of bullshitting her answers.

as always, please do not take any career advice from this girl. not even regarding resume writing/formatting.

not exactly. most recruiters out there are outsiders helping companies find people. there are internal recruiters for companies though.

in any case, they will look at your resume and parse your experience to make sure youre a good fit for the role they are filling.
