yes there are users who keep "lj notes" on others so they know who they are every time they post. it's weird.

I keep notes on some users as well since some users are hopeless but keeping pictures/personal tidbits about people is weird af

a lot of ppl used to save other people's photos from the anon posts etc years ago. i was guilty of saving one or two myself, oop. they're probably still on my computer somewhere.

i was in some of those OT comms from way back and i think the pics i'd saved were people i had been interacting with on a daily basis for a long time who i hated so i guess just to have? idk. i was young and never did anything with the pics. those comms were toxic and everyone saved pics and screencaps and dragged each other in anon posts.
