I know what happened in my case. I mentioned that I work in the medical field, so the mod was able to use my IP addresses to connect the school/medical center where I work.

She didn't have my name but all oo interns got yelled it.

They were strict when it came to professional integrity so they did not tolerate the repeated calls/complaints. Like this person asked to speak with the attending physician several times.

I did use my school's wifi so I can only assume that the mod was keeping track of my ip addresses or looked back at my previous comments to connect my location.
