no and even if i did there would be a custody dispute leading to him acting more horrible i'm sure. i feel like at this point i'm just waiting for my child to get older and then we can finally be free.
You should try to find a women's shelter just to get away from him. They would probably be able to help you find a lawyer to help you with any custody issues. You could explain the abuse in court.
