I live in a developing country. I don't even work a typical western office job but I can not"decrease my work week" that's privileged as fuck and you should be ashamed of yourself sandstorm.

No shit one individual cannot just decrease their work week. Im from the US so unfortunately, I cant help with youe situation. But wanting a shorter work week is not "entitled" for those who can ask for it.
