Kanye absolutely was influential especially in the early 2000s but he is an absolute trash, while also tragic, figure. The fact that we are watching a talented dude completely mentally deteriorate on a public scale while no one steps in because they’re making millions off of his decline is as depressing and sad as Britney’s situation. The difference is Britney by all known accounts is a decent person and Kanye is raging misogynist.
